Most of our pieces are crafted from 925 Sterling Silver and plated with 18k Gold or Rhodium. We also offer a premium 14k Solid Gold collection designed for lifelong wear.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 5-10 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return policy for most items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all our jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or natural wear and tear.
How should I care for my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?
To keep your pieces shining, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in the Astrid & Miyu pouch provided.
