Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new jewelry, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure all pieces are unworn and remain in their original packaging for a successful return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original Astrid & Miyu box and secure it inside a mailing bag. Please include the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
